I know as well as anyone that starting a vegan or plant based lifestyle can leave most confused and with an empty fridge and pantry. Changing to this lifestyle without any research of foods you can eat and how to eat, may seem daunting, however, this list will get you started. With that being said, I have done the hard work for you and created this list to help new and curious vegans. It is an extensive list of foods you should have in your kitchen at all times.
